Property PA helps you to find reputable tradespeople to complete your projects with minimal fuss. We know that life is busy and it can be difficult to find the time to research different tradespeople and wait by the telephone for them to connect with you or return your calls! Let us take the stress away so you can just enjoy the finished product.
Property PA sources only quality tradespeople who have been recommended by others, as word of mouth is the best indicator of customer satisfaction. We have developed strong relationships with tradespeople who know the frustration that you may have experienced previously.

Fees
We want our pricing to be simple and transparent. We don’t want you to be misled or confused so we provide our prices up front so that you can consider whether Property PA is right for you.
There is a flat fee of $49 for each project you need a PA for – this fee is payable in advance, whether or not you decide to go ahead with the project. If you decide not to go ahead with the project or our tradesperson for any reason, then the $49 is all you will pay.
If you do go ahead with the work, then the tradesperson will pay Property PA 3% of the project fee, up to a maximum of $500.
While we do get payment from the tradespeople we recommend, we only work with tradespeople who we know can provide a good service to our customers. Property PA relies on word of mouth and repeat business, so we are careful to only work with tradespeople we can trust and who will meet your expectations.
